Please read the following terms and conditions before making your booking.

• De Luxe Safaris operate in remote regions where roads and tracks may become unsafe due to adverse weather conditions. In the interests of personal safety, we may alter the route.
• A booking security deposit of 15 % is required for both day or charters tours when booking is confirmed.
• Client cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the tour price if this is cancelled 12 hours to departure of all day safaris and 100% on the day of departure.
• A complete refund or an alternate tour operator of the same standard as De Luxe Safaris will be provided if cancellation is due to mechanical problems. We can't control mother nature such as floods, cyclones and other acts of God, but like the mailman we will do our best to get the job done.
• Included in all Safaris are Morning/Afternoon Tea, Lunch, River Cruise and applicable Park Fees.  De Luxe Safaris' pricing includes the Government's 10% GST.
